Job Title: Technical Service Representative

Salary: £25-27,000 depending on experience

Location: Mid Kent (Rochester) / Remote

Our client is looking for a Technical Service Representative to support their commercial sound business across EMEA. This is a great opportunity to join a vibrant and lively company with global presence and reach.



This is a field position responsible for troubleshooting and resolving sound and video system service issues for clients. You will actively manage a number of strategic accounts ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.



Duties include:

* Day to day contact with clients and 3rd party contractors, including systematic troubleshooting.
* Timely resolution of service issues, with regard to the client's SLA and the company's standards.
* Using the service contractor network appropriately, including via after hours on call services where necessary.
* Invoicing of services to the client, and authorising payments to contractors.
* Managing service inventory requirements, including product shipping logistics, as indicated by service calls.
* Effectively managing the flow of returned products for repair or return.
* Occasional travel within EMEA to client sites.



The successful candidate will have:

* Substantial experience as a service technician in a call centre/ customer service department.
* Experience within a commercial sound/ video contracting marketplace ideally.
* The ability to speak a second language.
* AV systems knowledge.
* Experience using Salesforce at CRM Support level and Microsoft Office.
* Great communication skills with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
* The ability to work within strict timelines with excellent attention to detail.
* Fantastic time management, organisation, and multi-tasking.
