Reach Truck FLT Driver - Full time permanent role
Based in rural Rochester area we are seeking applications from a REACH FORK LIFT TRUCK OPERATOR who is seeking to take on a new role within a fast paced fresh an chilled product environment.
In this role you will be working 5 days out of 7 (weekends & bank holidays will be necessary) so you need to be flexible to complete a rota of this type
Only REACH TRUCK licences or those with considerable experience on an in house licence will be considered. Any candidates offered interviews will be assessed through practical assessment for their skills and competence of handling the products and FLT machine at interview stage.
The hours of work are 7:30am to finish (between 4:30 and 6:30pm) and this will depend on volume and a flexible attitude is therefore required to be considered for this role.
Weekend working will be managed so that a fair rota is split over the whole team.
A competitive rate is offer for all hours up to 40 hrs and an agreed overtime rate for additional hours will make the overall package above average level
Average hours per week over 5 days is typically 50 hours
The role involves working in chilled areas down to 2 degrees and yard based work in all weathers - all
PPE will be provided
