We are a south-eastern based construction company, who have recently become an employee ownership company and we are looking to recruit additional staff at our head-office near West Malling in Kent. There are three positions available either part-time or full-time and they vary from assisting our surveyors, ordering materials and supplies when requested, data inputting, and various admin and accounts duties.
The candidates must be enthusiastic, hard-working, organised, flexible and able to communicate confidently, effectively and professionally with people of all levels, both verbally and in writing and have a high standard of numeracy skills. The applicants must have a general understanding of IT, particularly MS word and excel. They must be able to work on their own initiative as well as being a team player with a positive and progressive attitude. Salary – negotiable.
Any relevant experience or qualifications are advantageous, due to the location of the offices own transport is essential.
