Technical Auditor within Construction.

This role will be primarily office based but will involve some site visits, and the opportunity to attend trade shows and exhibitions.

The role will involve but not be limited to:

obtaining quotes for Building Control and Warranty Inspections
monitoring Surveyors and other Professionals • reviewing and auditing surveys and reports and liaising with clients
desk top auditing and review of construction projects
creation of Internal and external reports for Underwriters/Insurers/Re-Insurers.
In addition to construction experience the right person will have good administration skills, a strong eye for detail, an analytical approach and excellent communication skills.
