Burtons has been established for 40 years and is the leading company in manufacturing and supplying veterinary equipment in the UK.

Job Title:

Plastic Welder Fabricator

Job Summary:

Assisting in the busy plastic manufacturing and fabrication workshop reporting to the Plastic Fabrication Team Leader.

Responsibilities & Duties:

· Work from engineering drawings, sketches or specifications

· Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations

· Produce products constructed from box sections and sheets of varying thickness from 3mm to 9mm and finished to a high standard

· Inspect structures or materials to be worked

· Maintain equipment and machinery

Qualifications & Skills:

· Must have experience in Manufacturing and/or Engineering experience

· Good attention to detail

· Self-motivation

· Good communication

· Good timekeeping

Pay & Benefits:

· Salary £21,000 to £24,000 dependent upon experience

· Full time contract, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
