We are looking recruit a new person to join our expanding team Customs Admin Support, working with our Export and Customs team to provide support and assistance in creating documents required for Exports. We working in the aromas / fragrance and essential oils sector. This is great opportunity for somebody will an analytical mind, attention to details, enjoys data entry and looking progress a career in customs and export flows from the UK to EU. We will provide the necessary training on Customs System and SAP, as well ADR / Hazardous training.
The main duties for the new member will include but not limited to -
Data Entry in Customs System to create the Export Declarations.
Data Entry in SAP system.
Creating T1 documents for export shipments with support from customs team.
Liaising and working closely with Export and Customs team to ensure smooth flow of documents to allow freight to be exported.
Checking invoices / packing list to ensure the conform to the require standard post brexit.
Data entry in IPAFFS and PEACH systems.
Providing Customs announcements to agents / carriers for import freight.
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 08.00 - 17.00 (Some flexibility on the hours if needed).
Free Parking onsite.
Good location with close links to M20, Train Station less than 5 mins walk and buses.
Salary - 23000GBP+ starting per year depending upon experience.
