A new instruction for a Product Registration Associate with a global manufacturing and established client in the area.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Ultimately, we are looking for someone pretty special who has previous experience in Product Registration, ideally from an FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) environment or pharma, although other comparable industry experience will also be considered.
SALARY, CULTURE AND BASICS REGARDING THE POSITION
• The role of Product Registration Associate is being presented INITIALLY on fixed term contract for 12 months and there is a possibility the
role could develop thereafter.
• An attractive basic salary is available, depending on experience.
• Hybrid working arrangements in place, ie. 50% working from home and 50% working from the office!
• Busy, professional team setting.
• Employee care is at the heart of everything they do.
• Free products
• Free parking
• 37 hours per week
• Weekly pay, one week in arrears.
THE POSITION ITSELF
• The Product Registration Associate will play a key role in delivering the organisations international growth by co-ordinating product registrations of existing products into export countries within Europe, Middle East and Africa.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Liaison with internal departments, ie. Export, Marketing, R & D, Supply Chain, Legal, QA & Regulatory
• Support taking existing products into new markets
• Form part of a global export/registration team
• The assembly of technical documents and product information packages that support the registration of existing products
• Ensure renewal of registrations is achieved on schedule to avoid loss of sales
• Proactively liaise with Distributors regarding new regulations and their likely impact
WORKING KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Working knowledge of Regulatory Affairs in a regulated industry
• International Regulatory Affairs experience
• Proven ability to resolve issues
• The ability to manage multiple projects and work cross functionally
