An exciting opportunity has become available within our very own Talent Team! Working as a Co-Ordinator for Learning Solutions Support you will be reporting into our Lead – Digital Learning and working closely with the Talent Development Team to assist with administration tasks.

As the Co-Ordinator – Learning Solutions Support it will be your role to update the Learning Management System (LMS) to accurately record all Learning and Development activities. You will be working to not only track attendance but working closely with the team to ensure any training is delivered without a hitch!

Your day-to-day task will include (but won’t be limited too):

Maintaining and updating the LMS and all other IT and paper-based systems to accurately record all L&D activities (colleagues and external delegates)
To produce regular reports to update managers and colleagues on mandatory training requirements and staff training records
To assist with providing LMS administration – uploading new courses and course dates, changing course details, and cancelling courses where required
To assist with pre-course & post-course administration including the collating, printing, and binding of L&D materials, processing bookings and invoices, issuing joining instructions and pre-course information to delegates, providing pre-course customer service to delegates and trainers and assisting with organising in-house training courses and gaining post event feedback
To provide data insight, analysis and reporting to the wider Talent Development Team and Group functions where required. For example, coordinating and producing regular Talent packs.
To support and develop digital learning and Talent processes/procedures to continuously improve effectiveness, efficiency and engagement.

To be successful in this role, the following skills and experience is required:

Administration skills (preferably within a learning environment)
Administration responsibility of a company system (ideally an LMS)
Extraction of data to create MI and Insights

We can consider candidates who can commute to either our Chatham or Bradford offices on a hybrid basis.
