Customer Service Representative - REMOTE

Folkestone

Permanent

Monday to Friday

£20k



My client, a successful and established organisation are looking for a flexible and reliable Customer Service Representative to join their friendly and reliable team on a full time and permanent basis.



This position is fully remote and would suit an individual who has previous office-based experience within a Call Centre or a Customer Service role! You will be handling high volumes of phone calls daily assisting customers with queries.



Duties include:

* Acting as the initial point of contact for customers via telephone providing technical advice regarding products and services offered
* Updating CRM with customer information & logging calls
* Overseeing order despatches and dealing with any daily delivery problems or returns
* Keeping customers up to date on deliveries, delays, or product issues etc
* Complaint handling and escalating to management where required
* Upselling products where possible
* After service calls to gain feedback and give the customer a great service



The right candidate will have/be:

* Previous office based experience in Customer Service, Call centre or Helpdesk
* A great telephone manner
* Strong organisation skills
* Helpful, reliable, and confident
* The ability to multitask
* A meticulous attention to detail
