Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, Sevenoaks - £30,000
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced general maintenance person to work for a fantastic and well-established property maintenance company with work across London and the Southeast.
Ideally you will have skills and experience in a variety of areas of property maintenance. Your day will be varied and will include:-
General painting and decorating
Tiling
Plastering, basic plumbing and electrical
Replacing locks
Minor roofing/guttering
Basic handyperson skills
Procuring and collecting materials to complete jobs.
You should be IT literate with experience of using a tablet to report additional works.
Full clean driving licence essential
