2nd Line Analyst

The Atlas Recruitment Group are currently partnered with a leader within Food Production and Distribution who run an operation of 18,000 employees across the UK and Europe, to search for an experienced 2nd Line Analyst to join their small but busy IT Operation.
You will be tasked with looking after a user base of 100+ to provide technical support and ensure the IT operation runs smoothly day-to-day. Outside of support, you will be heavily involved in delivering project-based work to a selection of their sites within the South East of the UK.
The role will provide an on-going challenge within IT and will allow you to continuously work with the latest Microsoft technologies. As well as this, a clear career pathway will be set out for you to achieve more senior responsibilities and pay/package increases.
Their IT environment covers the below technologies, and they are looking for as much experience as possible in the below:
* Windows 10
* Office365
* Exchange
* Windows Server 2016/19
* SharePoint
* Dynamics
* Teams
* VMWare
* Citrix
* Networking Fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, IP Addressing, Cabling, Patching)
Candidates must have a full UK driving license and vehicle as occasional multi-site work may be required.
