A very successful business based in Dartford are looking to bring in an experienced Bookkeeper.
This will be a varied Accountancy role focusing on all aspects of the Finance function, including Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and Credit Control. This role will also cover a number Administrative tasks to keep the office operating smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accounts Payable
* Sales ledger
* Managing supplier queries
* Preparation of Balance Sheet Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations.
* Credit Control
* Keeping Cashflow up to date
* Checking balances on Xero
* Making supplier payments
* Matching payments to suppliers and payments received for sales invoices on Xero
* Sending Sales Statements
* Typing letters/emails for Directors and Managers
* Placing Orders of stationery, printing products etc
* Support with administrative tasks.
Person Specification:
* Strong knowledge and experience using Excel
* Attention to detail
* Strong communication skills
* Confident to liaise with key stakeholders
* AAT Qualified (ideally)
Salary depending on experience
