Following continued and secure business expansion, we are looking for a capable, flexible, and enthusiastic person to take on a Trainee role within our Inspection Department at our Tonbridge site. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills and develop a career within our Company.
You will be working within a small team to inspect our optical components and electron microscopy grids to ensure they meet the required quality. A large part of this inspection task will be performed using microscopes, with a requirement to work from engineering drawings and specifications. The work is light, clean and will involving both high and low volume inspection which requires good concentration and an eye for detail.
This is a Trainee position, so experience is not necessary but a practical approach, willingness to learn new skills and the ability to listen and follow instructions are important attributes. Full training will be given, and we expect this role to develop from a trainee position as you improve your knowledge and skills.
Hours of work are 08.00 to 16.30 Monday to Friday 37½ hrs per week. With 21 days holiday per year and offering a Company bonus scheme.
