Reed Facilities are exclusively looking for an experienced Evening/Night Warehouse Manager to join a busy team on the outskirts of Maidstone.
Job role: Warehouse Manager
Location: Outskirts of Maidstone
Hours: Mid shift 17:00pm – 02:30am Late shift 22:00pm – 7:30am (can alternate to suit you)
First week 5 days Monday – Friday Second week 6 days Sunday – Friday on a weekly rotation.
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Purpose of the role:
To support and assist the depot Management Team to achieve the company’s financial, operational and customer service objectives of the site. To control the warehouse operations and other associated buffer locations on a day to day basis, ensuring compliance with agreed standards and procedures. Provide an intermediary between customer service, transport and warehouse personnel with the aim of improving quality, cost and customer service performance. Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the warehouse operation identifying best practice for handling, labour requirements, warehouse utilisation and mechanical handling equipment.
