Project Administrator
This is a great opportunity to work for our growing company as a Project Administrator.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be the point of contact for the customer sales and operations. Your duties will include: dealing with customers; initiating and monitoring the scheduling of completion dates, and resolving customer concerns.
You will be able to analyse data to inform the business for their decision making, understand the project life cycle, and be able to problem solve and use critical thinking. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office is essential, as is the ability to organise and manage multiple priorities.
You will need to have strong administration skills, have assisted in projects - ideally dealing with a project from start to finish. You will also have excellent communication skills, and be able to liaise with stakeholders.
You will be liaising with local authorities and will need to handle all information with discretion, as this will include confidential and sensitive projects.
