Team Administrator

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Team Administrator/ Office All-Rounder to join a successful company in Sevenoaks. This will be a varied role and would suit candidates who are organised and who can prioritise tasks.

Key responsibilities:

* Administrative support to various teams

* Data entry and report running

* Diary and calendar management

* Assisting Managers and Directors with administrative tasks

* Email management

* Drafting company documentation

* Answering customer calls ensuring you provide excellent customer service

* Day to day admin e.g. scanning/ filling/ ordering office supplies

Candidate profile:

* A proactive approach day to day

* A process-driven individual

* Strong administrative skills

* An organised individual who can prioritise daily tasks

Administrative experience is a must for this role.
