I am working with a leading Technology company who due to growth are looking to recruit a Business Support Administrator.

The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the operations and sales team and general over all support to the wider network.

The role duties for the Business Support Administrator include:

Raise orders and issues to Ops team for processing

Liaising with suppliers and regularly update product price lists on company database

Create and send order confirmations

Assisting the operations manager with admin

Check engineers’ timesheets against scheduling software

Chase delivery to site – liaising with agreed customer contact for good to be delivered direct to site

Answer incoming calls and providing best customer support

Update customer records on CRM system

The Person experience & qualifications required for the Business Support Administrator include:

Computer literate and knowledge of Office packages

Highly organised and have a high attention to detail

Ability to work well within a team and alone

Previous administration experience (if scheduling and planning this is preferred not essential)
