Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an LGV 1 Driver to join their company based in Sittingbourne, Kent.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Full Class 1 Licence
- Experience walking floors will be advantageous, however, drivers with limited experience are welcome to apply for this position
- No more than 6 points or a DD or DR
- Hold a valid Digital Tachograph and CPC card
The role:
- Making up to 4 deliveries per day within Kent and surrounding areas
- Offers the opportunity of ongoing work
- Occasionally the role will involve manual work but the loads are generally mechanically loaded/unloaded
The pay rate:
- £18.00 per hour + holiday pay
- Shift start times are between 04:00 and 05:00 hours Monday to Friday
- Shifts are on average 10-12 hours per day (but can be longer on occasions)
