We are currently looking for an Outreach Administrator to join our team on a 9 months Fixed-Term contract. There will be a potential for the role to be made permanent.

The Role:

To work as part of Migrant Helps AIRE Outreach team, this role will primarily assist with administrative support to support the Outreach and Move on Manager and Senior Outreach Adviser. There is a requirement that the post-holder will meet the changing local business needs and will re-prioritise work as necessary to work closely with other members of the team, departments and external agencies.



Duties and Responsibilities:

To provide a high quality and timely administration service, for the AIRE Outreach Team.
Assist the Outreach Manager with organising the workload of the Outreach team and our Commissioned Service.
Prepare and send work to our Commissioned Service.
Monitor outstanding work on our Commissioned Service and chase for updates.
Assist with updating reporting information for the Outreach service.
Monitor the service and react accordingly in a timely manner to adapt to changing needs and re-prioritising work as necessary.
Keep full accurate and up-to-date case records, complete case follow up within the requisite time scales and undertake any necessary administrative tasks.
Ensure that their work meets overall quality standards and, where possible, exceeds it in line with Government and other Stakeholder contracted arrangements.
Occasionally training or meetings are organised outside of normal working hours. The post- holder will be expected to attend whenever reasonably practicable.
The above list of job duties is not exhaustive; the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope and grading of the post.

- Suitable candidate must be OISC registered or have the willingness to work towards OISC qualification.





Therefore the applicant must:

Be able to provide documents to show their right to work in the UK ie valid passport or other right to work documents such as work visa, settled status document, certificate of registration, naturalization as a British citizen, Biometric Residence Permit etc.
Be able to provide continuous UK address history for the previous 5 years.
Provide full employment history for the previous 3 years and/or suitable documentation to cover any gaps in employment
