Finance Manager, £50,000 + 50% bonus, Feltham - office based working

An international, market leader in specialist manufacturing is looking to hire a new Finance Manager. This company has a deep rooted history in its specialised manufacturing sector and has grown steadily since its founding to become a market leader. This company also has a great ethical and sustainable stance, holding great supportive and team-orientated values.
As the new Finance Manager, you will report into the Group Financial Controller, working out of the Feltham office, producing a variety of group management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and analytical reports.
Your new role
As the new Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Preparing a variety of group management accounts, month-end and year-end reports
* Preparing budgets, forecasts, and
* KPI reporting and analysis
* Act as a business partner for department head
* Lead continuous improvements on ERP systems
* Manage VAT preparation and payroll submissions
* Manage the audit process, liaising with external auditors
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed here, you MUST be the following:
* Experienced in the manufacturing industry (stock, WIP)
* Desirably, a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, etc)
* Available to work in the office 5 days a week
