Job Title: Copywriter

Salary: up to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience

Location: Mid Kent, hybrid working patterns

Great opportunity for a creative and highly motivated Copywriter to join a growing marketing team based in Mid Kent.

Duties include:

* Producing clear and engaging copy across social media, press releases, blogs and websites, email campaigns, case studies and testimonials, and award submissions.
* Keeping all Brand content in line with the overall tone and strategy.
* Supporting copy requirements across the business, working with internal teams such as brand marketing, sales, and product development.
* Providing creative input for new product launches, marketing materials, events, and internal and external branding.
* Using data from reporting tools to develop and improve engaging content.
* Developing understanding of technology and products through working with internal production teams.
* Ensuring websites are maintained with up to date and relevant copy.
* Engaging with the wider business strategy and key objectives to ensure that marketing messaging reflects and supports this.
* Liaising with industry media and keeping up to date with key themes and developments in order to inform marketing messaging and contribute to published insights.

The successful candidate will have/be:

* Excellent IT skills, including MS Office, web content management systems (such as Wordpress), social media and marketing, CRM systems, and email marketing tools.
* A good understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and paid advertising.
* Really excellent written English with fantastic accuracy and attention to detail.
* Experience in a similar role, with a track record of creating engaging copy that catches the eye. Ideally, working on integrated and acquisition marketing campaigns.
* A solid understanding of brand and marketing strategy, and the importance of copy within this.
* Organised with good time management skills and the ability to multitask.
* Great commercial awareness, coupled with a creative mind.
* Experience of market research and competitor analysis.
