Our global Aerospace client is recruiting a HR Advisor to join their growing HR team in Rochester for a 12 month FTC. This company works with cutting edge technology, creating more than 100 new inventions every year for customers in over 100 countries.

Your new role
The HR Advisor role is part time, 21 hours per week, they are flexible on times and days worked but must include every Monday to suit the business needs.

* As a HR Advisor you will provide efficient and effective HR advice and support to employees, line managers and business leaders and to contribute to the ling-term development of the HR function.
* You will drive best practice and ensuring compliance in line with all company procedures, documented policies and employment legislation.
* Using your existing HR experience, you will build relationships with their core stakeholders to provide expert advice to enable them to get the best out of their teams and equip them to meet the changing demands of their business

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role, you must have previous HR advisory level experience with exposure of Case Management. You must also have excellent IT, communication, problem solving, organisation and prioritisation skills.
