Our Medway based client is looking to recruit an HR Advisor to join their team.
Job Description
Responsibilities include:
* Providing advice and support to managers in a timely manner
* Ensuring that any advice is in line with agreed HR standards
* Acting as an autonomous HR practitioner and interpreting policies in providing case management and guidance.
* Taking responsibility for coaching managers in ER issues
* Assisting managers in carrying out investigations
* Ensuring the continuous development of the HR service
The Successful Applicant
Essential:
* Broad and comprehensive generalist HR knowledge base
* Up to date working knowledge of employment legislation
* Able to communicate effectively with managers
* Able to plan and organise own workload
