Job Title: Data Analyst
Salary: £25 - 30,000 per annum
Location: Mid Kent, hybrid working patterns
Our client is looking for an experienced data analyst to join their BI team providing analytical support to the sales teams.
Duties include:
* Maintaining and developing the monthly and quarterly commission calculation systems.
* Completing accurate and timely monthly and quarterly commission calculations.
* Providing data solutions and analytical support to the sales Management team, challenging assumptions to enable best use of the information.
* Assisting with compensation plan modelling and the migration to new systems.
* Developing sales reporting tools.
The successful candidate will have/be:
* Experience in a data analyst role and using BI systems.
* Education to Level 3 or equivalent.
* Confidence using MS Excel and Access.
* Comfortable collating and manipulating large sets of data.
* An inquisitive, methodical mind, with excellent attention to detail.
* An interest in communicating with others and enjoyment of collaborative working.
* The ability to challenge established processes constructively.
