PPC Account Manager

Mid Kent, hybrid or remote working available

£30 - 50,000 per annum DOE



An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PPC Account Manager to join a forward-thinking, dynamic business in Mid Kent.



The dream candidate will be enthusiastic about Paid Marketing, confident, data driven and very customer focussed!

This role involves:

* Building and managing paid advertising campaigns such as Search, Display, Video & Social.
* Account Management; updating clients, providing expert advice/ recommendations
* Accurate record and data management including detailed tracking of the customer relationship.
* Planning, executing, monitoring, and reporting on all Paid Marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing and Accounts teams.
* Managing account budgets to drive highest possible ROI for customers, managing and reporting on this both internally and to customers.
* Hands-on launching and organisation of campaigns in Google and Facebook Ads across the UK, Europe, MENA & Australia.
* Mentoring, guiding, and supporting team members to drive team performance.



The successful candidate will have/be:

* Solid experience of Paid Marketing and managing multiple accounts with budgets in excess of £100k per month.
* A high-level understanding of Paid Marketing principles and metrics.
* Agency-side experience working with medium SME customers and on internationally based campaigns.
* Able to manage and make sense of large data sets for meaningful analyses and apply to campaigns and strategies.
* Experience with BI reporting suites such as Data Studio, and bid-management tools such as Kenshoo or Marin.
* Google Ads Certified for Search, Display and Video, and Facebook Blueprint Certification.
* Great relationship building, presentation, and communication skills.
* Confident working on own initiative to prioritise and manage work, as well as taking time to support and contribute both to own team and the wider business.
* Leadership experience would be ideal, although not essential.
