Sales Administrator
Mid Kent
£27,500 + £Commission
OTE of up to £35K
Mon- Fri
A fantastic opportunity for a Sales Administrator has opened for a driven and results orientated individual looking to join a thriving business just outside of Maidstone.
The ideal candidate will have previous Administration experience and a confident ability to problem solve and are also capable of managing a number of concurrent workflows.
As a Sales Administrator you will be dealing with inbound sales enquiries, where you will provide advice on products, create and send out quotations, and be proactive in winning business.
Duties include;
* Supporting customer service teams in day-to-day administrative tasks
* Dealing with general customer service queries in relation to products, pricing & technical information, ensuring the relevant team is informed
* Assisting with raising quotations and chasing for regular updates
* Ensuring that sales order are processed and that all goods are dispatched in a timely manner
* Managing and updating customer contracts, central internal sales documents & customer accounts files
* Liaising closely with the sales team
* Keeping customer databases up to date and to a high standard
* Maintaining price lists on CRM system
* Keeping the office clean and tidy
* General office duties and admin support
To be considered for this role you will have/be:
* Previous experience in an office-based Administrative or Sales position
* Target driven and confident working to KPIs
* Confident in sales negotiation
* Ideally trained in using Salesforce - desirable
* Highly organised and capable of managing a number of workflows
* Strong communication skills
* A natural problem solver, using your own initiative to resolve any issues as and when they arise
* Trained to an Intermediate level of all MS office applications
* Commercially focused with excellent attention to detail
* Ambitious with energy and drive; demonstrating a passion to progress
* A clean UK driving license
