Manpower are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator for a Transport Distribution company based in Tonbridge, Kent.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm 37.5 working week
Hourly Rate: £10p/h - £12p/h
The Role
• Assist in the preparation of management accounts including forecasting, cash-flow and budgets
• Prepare and produce VAT Returns
• Prepare and process company Payroll including pension contributions
• Process all sales ledger and purchase ledger invoices
• Process all outgoing payments including BACs, CHAPS and Direct Debits
• Liaise with external auditors
• Assist with the balance sheet
• General office admin
Applicants will need previous experience of Sage as a minimum requirement
