Open Market Account Handler - Property OR Casualty
- City based & WFH hybrid
- £50,000 to £75,000 + annual bonus & benefits package
Our client is a dynamic and rapidly evolving international Lloyds broking house. They currently have two vacancies in their Account management Team, one focusing on property and the other in casualty lines.
This is a very diverse role with a broad remit to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an effective service to clients & insurers and ensure policies are placed and processing is completed in accordance with company guidelines and market regulations.
- Assist in the timely preparation of MRC slips & endorsements and market presentations
- Support the creation of client documentation
- Liaise with clients to obtain and verify risk information
- Ensure all internal systems and databases are maintained
- Act as conduit between Account Executives, the broking team and technicians
- Provide support and advise on all elements of pre & post placement activity
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and develop the relationship
This is a really interesting role providing a whole placement cycle overview that incorporates pre & post placement technical support, client liaison and relationship development in addition to supporting Account Executives and the broking team.
What you need ...
- Good knowledge of the Lloyds insurance market in order to address client and technical issues
- Understanding of either international property OR casualty risks
- Experience in the creation of MRC slips and endorsements together with evidence of cover, invoicing
- Strong communication and client handling skills
