Are you a Money Support Officer looking for a new permanent challenge? Do you have a background working in Building Control and can add value to a new organisation? Have you worked in the public sector as a Money Support Officer? If so, we want to hear from you!

Your new company
Our housing client manage 9,500 affordable homes across 15 locations across Kent and Sussex. They are looking for a Money Support Officer to work within their busy Income Services Team starting immediately.
Your new role
Working as part of the Income Services team, the role will involve providing a comprehensive range of information, guidance and any onward referral to help people manage their money and prepare for changes in welfare benefit.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience of debt advice or knowledge of the welfare benefits system.
* Recent experience working in a social housing organisation.
* Experience of working with key agencies.
* Budgeting and financial management skills.
* Ability to persuade and negotiate.
* Interviewing skills.
* Demonstrate empathy.
