Your new role

A part-time payroll and benefits adviser, operating as a job share with another adviser to accurately process over 220 employees on UK and Irish payroll. You will be able to process pension schemes and benefits, and report to the HRIS and Payroll Manager.

This is a fantastic, flexible and hybrid opportunity in the HR Operations Centre for a global company. You will liaise with HMRC; deal with payroll and benefit enquiries, and process benefits in kind, P11ds and starters and leavers.

What you'll need to succeed


* Experience in a similar role - experience of flexible benefit schemes and pension auto-enrolment
* Manual calculations
* Excellent communication skills
* Payroll qualification (desirable)
