An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced hands-on Credit Controller and Payroller to join my client's fast-paced office based in Bromley.
Working closely with the Director and developing the team, duties will include;
Credit Control
* Assist the team with large accounts
* Setting up new client credit accounts
* Deal with any aged debtors 60 days+
Payroll
* Process payroll each week
* Setting up assignments on the portal
* Dealing with payroll queries
* Processing advance payments when necessary
* Checking timesheets and chasing approval
Other
* Sending contracts out
* Booking travel
* Dealing with job adverts
* Compliance checks for new clients
The ideal candidate will have experience in Credit Control and Payroll.
