We are looking for a talented, capable Software Engineering Manager to join our successful tech client.
To lead, manage and mentor a team of 8-12 Software Engineers you work closely across IT and the business to help deliver exceptional products and services.
Previous / current / recent experience of leading software teams essential ideally with a background of software development / software engineering to back up your expertise.
The role will also work with Scrum teams, Product Managers, manage a remote UK based team with consideration to security, scalability etc.
The projects are complex, so understanding of software engineering best practice needed.
Permanent position only.
It would be expected that you would have a solid understanding of C#.Net / Javascript development environments but this is a management role rather than needing you to be technical!
