Here at Huntress, we are looking for an Recruitment Consultant to join our award winning Maidstone branch working within the Office Support market, as they enter their next phase of growth.

As an recruiter you will be a target-driven individual with excellent sales and business development experience who will be looking to make an impact from day one.

We are looking for someone with a tenacious attitude and a passion to become a true expert and thought leader within the Office Support market. Our Maidstone office is a close-knit, successful, and dedicated team, and we are looking for an individual who will fit into this environment and fuel their success.

About the role

* Developing our existing database through business development
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including, cv database searching, screening, interviews, short-listing candidates and managing offers
* Nurturing existing client relationships to improve repeat business and retain clients
* Proving significant growth in the levels of business generated within the team
* Responsible for negotiating fees and terms
