Administration/ Payroll Assistant - Bilingual

Location: Maidstone, Langley

Pay rate: Pay rate negotiable for the right candidate

Working hours: Monday - Friday (during peak periods weekend work will be required) Overtime to meet business demands.

Start date: Immediate

Contract: Permanent

The role:
This is an exciting career opportunity for someone looking to enter the Administration / HR / Payroll career path. The role will include covering payroll; then evolving into a broader administration position with full training provided. We are looking for someone who can grow and evolve with the role.

A successful candidate will possess the following:
• Ability to speak a second language (preferred: Russian)
• Previous administrative experience (desirable not essential)
• Have an interest in HR
• Good working knowledge of MS office (essential)
• Strong communication / interpersonal skills
• Flexibility
• Ability to organise and prioritise - effective time management
• Ability to work under pressure
