Mavala UK is the UK distributor of high performing nail care and beauty products developed in the Mavala Scientific laboratories based in Geneva, Switzerland. We believe in care and wellbeing first and are proud to have many award winning products which have become world favourites, setting new standards in innovation and results including our top sellers: Mavala Stop, Scientifique K+ and Double Lash. Categories cover nails, hands, feet, face and make-up/ Our products are widely available nationwide from stockists ranging from large department stores, pharmacies and popular online beauty sites to leading spas and salons.

The Team

Role and Responsibilities

· Picking and preparing customer orders

· Using couriers’ computer software to book out deliveries.

· Work with our courier partners to ensure successful collections each day

· Maintaining a high level of accuracy

· Checking orders for errors and highlighting issues to the sales team

· Helping to manage the warehouse setup

· Assisting with the unloading and unpacking of deliveries into our warehouse.

· Reporting to the Warehouse Manager

· Driving company vehicles and prepared to travel around the UK to deliver stands if necessary

· From time to time, assist our production team in Four Marks if needed.

· Various ad-hoc duties as required

Key Characteristics

· IT Literate

· Ability to work well under pressure and take direction.

· Have excellent attention to detail

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build very good rapport with customers, suppliers and colleagues

· English reading and writing essential

· Hold a full UK driving license
