Are you an adept administrator, used to working in a busy, process-driven office role?

Do you pride yourself on your excellent customer service skills and ability to juggle priorities effectively?

If so, we would welcome your application for this full-time, ongoing student-facing position within our International Programmes admin team. The role will see you providing effective administrative support to the team and on a variety of programmes and courses, allowing you to build your experience and understanding of supporting a diverse and international customer base.

As Administrative Support Assistant you can expect to get involved in:

providing efficient and high quality administration support to facilitate the smooth running of the Department's programmes and courses
acting as the point of contact for students and staff on a range of programmes and courses, proactively managing enquiries and covering reception
providing support with promoting programmes and courses
What we are looking for in the right candidate:

proven office experience gained in a high volume, busy, process-driven working environment
the ability to deal with conflicting demands and to manage fluctuating workloads
the ability to use your initiative to resolve a wide variety of enquiries
