Student Summer Temporary work (Work from home available with two days per week in the office in Moorgate)

Our highly prestigious client are looking for students to support them on their customer service calls starting ASAP until mid September. This is a fantastic opportunity to both earn some money and also gain some excellent experience for your CV.
Duties will include:
* Responding to emails from clients regarding booking enquiries
* Handling high volume inbound calls from clients
* Building rapport
* Sending out quotes on email / letter and following this up
* Monitor the live chat function
