Legal Services Manager

£35,000 + bonus of £4,800

Maidstone

We are currently recruiting for a Legal Services Manager, to join our busy client based in Maidstone. This is a permanent position.

As a Legal Services Manager, your role would be to ensure service excellence and maximum performance throughout the team.

Duties include:

* Recruitment, training and continued development for the team
* Management and constant review of solicitors, legal and over sea's agents diaries to maximise and deliver excellent customer service
* Monitor and review performance of the team and appoint agents
* Ensure KPI's are met throughout the team
* Carry out regular process reviews and risk assessments
* Ad-hoc duties, as and when required

The ideal candidate:

* Have experience within a similar position
* Effective communication and excellent customer service
