Huntress are currently recruiting for a HR/Employee Relations Advisor to join their busy team, based in Maidstone.
In this role you will be providing employment relations advice and guidance to clients across the business.
Duties include but are not limited to -
* Provide up-to-date employment relations advice to clients bu telephone and e-mail
* Ensure case management protocols are applied and the escalation, referral and closure of cases are controlled and documented
* Deliver training to clients, as required
* Assist, develop and maintain client policies and procedures and related documentation
The ideal candidate -
* Experience within a similar role
* Excellent communicator
* Excellent attention to detail
