Job Information
We are a cosmetics wholesaler with a company based in the UK and the Netherlands, looking for an accounts administrator to join our relaxed working environment.
Flexible working hours (Mon-Fri between 8:30am-3pm, 18 hours) and working from home for the right candidate once the role has been learned.
We would like someone who is competent at office Word and Excel with a strong attention to detail, who can manage their workload without prompting.
Main Responsibilities
- Inputting sales orders, creating sales invoices, processing purchases invoices and making bank payments when necessary.
- Reconciling inter-company accounts, reconciling bank accounts, credit card expenses.
- Assisting the managing director with adhoc tasks.
Skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail, organised and methodical.
- Previous accounts experience would be beneficial, but not necessary.
