Business Development Manager - (Banking or Legal Experience)

£40-60k (plus performance related earnings)
Option to work from home or in an office

A Kent-based law firm is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager with Banking or Legal experience for their Corporate team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic and business development initiatives aimed at building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, winning new work, and positioning and profiling the firm as a leading group.

Responsibilities:

* Speaking to and interacting with Solicitors firms on a group basis and individual office and person basis
* Compiling, sharing, and implementing methods of working to ensure "best practice" across the Industry Group and is reviewed regularly
* Staying up to date with current and emerging issues/trends

The successful candidate will have a solid Family law background or Business Development experience, preferably at the manager or Senior Executive level

This role will be covering predominately Southeast but might extend to parts of the West and the Midlands.
