This is a newly created role designed to enhance client service and improve the efficiency of the placement process.

You will act as the London Market point of contact for a producing broker based in the US. In this capacity you will liaise with the client to ensure the accuracy of risk information, establish time frames, understand their requirements, address underwriter queries and resolve any issues.

Sitting within the broking team, you will be responsible for creating MRC and endorsements for presentation to the Syndicate & Company markets. Additionally, you will co-ordinate the activity of the placing broking team to ensure that the placement process progresses without delay, compliance is achieved and the client receives a market leading service.

The business is primarily airline related risks for smaller US carriers. There will also be some marine Hull & Machinery, IV and War business, but our client is willing to provide training and support if this is not an area of expertise.

So, this is a fantastic opportunity for an Account Handler or experienced Technician seeking more client contact and responsibility. Candidates MUST be able to create MRC and endorsements and experience and knowledge of commercial aviation risks is essential.

The role will suit someone who is adaptable, innovative, results driven and adept at managing relationships.
