Graduate Financial Analyst | Hybrid Working | Up to £23,000
A high calibre, ambitious and bright graduate with a minimum of 6-12 months experience in a finance role, is sought after for a highly successful business in Kent. With a study package on offer and excellent development opportunities, the Financial Analyst will work closely with the Finance Manager to provide detailed insight and analysis into the business to aid key decisions and to support the financial planning and analysis function. The Financial Analyst will get exposure to senior management, a varied array of responsibilities and will be supported as they progress.
Candidates will possess the drive and enthusiasm to get out into the business, building relationships and developing their business partnering skills. It is also essential to possess an understanding of the finance function and demonstrate some experience to date. The desire to analyse data, support the month end process and assist with key KPI data will be crucial.
