A new instruction for a Finance Assistant which is being presented on a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months.
The role is with a key manufacturing client and is placed within their Export Team and attractive hybrid working is available!
There is some urgency required with this position, so interviews available imminently!
Key Areas:
• The role incudes covering all elements of financial control, and assistance with the reporting and transactional control, whilst also
facilitating the day to day support, challenge and insight to the commercial and accounts teams.
• Therefore, it is felt the role is probably ideal for a first or second jobber with some knowledge in all areas of Accounting, plus building
relationships with their suppliers.
• Although working within a team, you must be able to work independently.
• You will require good levels of numeracy and have some experience with data/spreadsheets.
• You will mainly be dealing with the transactional elements that include: month end, invoice processing, loading forecasts and will
also assist with helping profitably analysis on an ad-hoc basis.
• Assist with Auditor queries at year end.
• Good communication skills required together with the confidence to communicate with colleagues in other areas of the business, to whom
assistance with forecasting and review of actuals will be required for example.
Package:
• Attractive salary depending on level of experience
• Fixed term 12 month
• 4% company performance related annual bonus
