Sales Support Administrator, Near Sevenoaks – c£25,000
My client, an established service provider to the IT industry, are currently looking for an experienced administrator to join their busy and growing team.
Responsibilities include:
• Dealing with incoming client telephone and emails enquiries
• Advising client on the status of orders/repairs/parts availability
• Creating new customer accounts on the inhouse system
• Processing quotes and orders on the inhouse system
• Raising invoices
• Carry out customer satisfaction surveys
• Collecting payments
• Booking collections/delivery
• Dealing with customer complaints and returns
Skills required:
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Good organisational skills
• Good telephone manner
• Good attention to detail
• Conscientious with a strong sense of quality
• Strong customer focus
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Self motivated with the ability to prioritise own workload
Monday to Friday 9-5:30
