Are you are a Paralegal with experience in Corporate / Commercial law and looking to develop a long term legal career (chance of a Training Contract or qualification via the SQE) then this is the opportunity for you

Candidates will be either Paralegals, trainee ILEXs or NQ Solicitor’s with experience in Commercial Contracts and/or Corporate law.
You will be joining a team of 6 assisting with a mix of Corporate transactions, Finance, Contracts and IP work which includes M&As, MBOs, Re-Financing and shareholder, partnership and trademark agreements.

You will play an active role supporting the team with contract drafting gaining exposure to good quality work acting for clients in the Care, Engineering, Automotive, Manufacturing and Hospitality sectors.

Candidates will need previous experience working for a commercial department (either in-house or within private practice). Law Degree would be a bonus.
