The site operations manager is our client's primary point of contact, with full delegated responsibility for the wellbeing of the SUs and the infrastructure of the Client's sites (London/M25). The manager is the first point of contact with staff and sub-contractors and has full responsibility to manage them and ensure that our client's interests and the requirements are met in a timely and commercially conscious manner. This role will take responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the sites (London/M25), including maintaining the operational effectiveness and reputation of the client at all times and ensuring 100% contract compliance for the SUs. This role requires daily close and effective liaison with stakeholders including the Home Office, sub-contractors (such as Finefair and SBHL), local GPs, PHE, HSE, Migrant Help etc.

This may develop into a multi-site role; dependent on the expansion of other sites.

This role requires the flexibility to assume the roles of other site managers during their absences or where the operational tempo requires.

This role requires a leadership that encompasses oversight throughout the working week and silent hours; the manager must undertake a flexible work pattern that must include at least one early morning (0600 start) and one late stay (2000 depart) each week, and to undertake at least two weekend visits/month, taking half days off work in lieu.

The role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
