Perm Payroll Officer role at a facilities management company in SW London; hybrid working and CIPP training
Your new company
A professional facilities management solutions company based in the Surrey/SW London area. They offer services from cleaning and security to maintenance and have a sociable, dedicated payroll team of five and are looking to hire a new payroll officer to join their team.
Your new role
Permanent payroll officer working hybrid office/WFH, assisting the processing of over 2,500 employees across fortnightly and monthly payrolls. Make sure the T&A system is accurate and ensure accurate payroll processing including by conducting appropriate checks. To be able to transfer from payroll run to payroll run within the department.
What you'll need to succeed
* Good understanding of specific payroll procedures, like PAYE, NI, SSP, SMP, SAP and SPP
* Well-developed verbal and written communication
* Solid Excel skills
* 1-2+ years' experience
