Premises & Facilities Assistant – Full-time, permanent position
This is an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant and happy school community as a key member of the Maintenance team responsible for maintenance of the school and its grounds. Our school is housed in beautiful historic buildings set in 100 acres.

· Undertake repairs, maintenance and grounds works as necessary.
· Manage the upkeep, maintenance of the school estate – including a 100 acre site with a mixture of woodlands, commercial and residential buildings.
· Have knowledge of listed buildings and the sensitivity surrounding repairs.
· Basic DIY essential
The normal working hours are 7.30am to 3.30 pm Monday to Friday, and alternate Saturdays during term time.
The salary is £20,500 per annum. Benefits include pension scheme, life assurance, 25 days holiday per year, and school meals during term time.
