BROKER BACK UP TECHNICIAN £35,000 to £45,000
City based Lloyds Broker
A new role has been created to ensure the continued delivery of high quality insurance technical support to the Broking teams
Duties will include
1 Monitoring of Policies
2 Policy premium calculations - Requesting figures from Clients, Reviewing or producing excel spreadsheet
3 Drafting Policy Endorsements (expiry, semi-annual premium adjustments)
4 Binding Endorsements with company Insurers
5 Prepare Cover Bound Emails
6 Raising worksheets
7 Updating Policy files
8 File management (email and document management)
9 Acceptance Check List file preparation
10 Preparing Files for AC Surgery and then submitting.
11 Chasing overdue premiums, liaising with accounts department, amending SDD
12 General Broker support
13 Pipeline (revenue report) maintenance in Excel
14 PPL Knowledge
Previous Insurance technical experience is essential
